The system/s we install in your home will perform as stated, operating in the promised temperature range or we will install the next size larger at no cost!

10-year Parts
We stand behind manufacturer’s warranties for all products installed.
Should ANY part of the system we installed fail including equipment and/or accessories (thermostat, humidifier, etc.), we will repair or replace it for 10-full years after installation. (Guarantee excludes labor, disposables (filters, etc.), failure from lack of routine maintenance, earthquakes, storms, floods and all non-air handling incidents.)

Peace of Mind
The price quoted is the price you pay - no hidden charges. We will use only the most reliable systems and components. Finally, all employees are background checked, drug tested and highly trained with over 40 hours per year.

Installation Protection
To make certain all details of every full installation is complete, we will perform a 94-step quality check and provide you a signed copy.

Property Protection
All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, furniture, walls and doorframes will be protected. Shoe covers and drop cloths will be used on indoor work and traffic areas. These will be vacuumed and restored to their previous condition, before we consider our job done.

4-hour Comfort Guarantee
Upon request, between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. 365 days a year we will arrive at your residence and begin providing Heating or Cooling Relief within 4 hours or the service call is FREE* - excluding parts & labor.

Comfort
We will not leave your home until we can provide Heat in the Winter or Cooling in the summer. We promise that you will not be left a night without some comfort relief!

Service
If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund your money, less parts installed. If our technician smokes; swears in your home; is not drug free or completes his job without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service.

Repairs
Our repairs to your equipment are fixed right or the repair is free. Should a repair fail during the season, we will repair it quickly again - absolutely FREE!

Property Protection
